A basic composite BiCMOS cell has been used in the realization of complementary gain-tunable circuits of stacked and folded-composite nature. Replacement of stacked versions with their folded-composite equivalents considerably decreases the supply voltage from ±3V to ±1.5V. The proposed designs also function with large input signal linearity at reduced supply voltages. HSPICE simulation results verifies the operation of the circuits using the 2 μm MOSIS model parameters
