The paper describes a model for an Ad-hoc Distributed Multi-player Turn-based Game which operates over the IMS Platform utilizing IMS service capabilities. The paper defines a model, wherein Server-based functionalities of the Turn-based games are distributed across all the Nodes involved in the game thus eliminating need for a Server & de-centralizing the System. A Node is an IMS Device with IMS based Game Logic, for which the model is being proposed in this paper. The description of the model covers explanation of how Game Control and Game play functions are achieved by the roles played by the Nodes itself and collaboration between the Nodes. The Communication Channels used for exchanging game data between the nodes forms a logical structure reflecting interaction pattern between the Nodes and the structure changes for every Turn of the game play.
