There has been a lot of work done in agent scheduling for meeting creation and management and so taking this aspect into consideration, we arrived at our proposition to develop an intelligent agent which would negotiate and collaborate with the agent of academic staff for an appropriate appointment time for the student. The solution would facilitate priority level creation which would then mean that the appointment can factor in the priority level of the students, level of appointment, and date for exam. The implementation would be carried out using JADE-LEAP agent development kit on Android 2.2 handset.
