The “food-log” is expected as an efficient tool to collect one's meal records. Meantime, the “medical-care via telecommunication” consult system is seen as an effective way to cover some rural areas with good medical care provided in a remote manner. The “food-log” collection can provide the nutrition condition of the client for his health-survey, thus can be regarded as a good application of the system. This paper discusses a medical care consult system, configured with a pair of telematic terminals placed at both ends, connected via telecommunications and associated with the food-log database for its usage enhancement and extensions.
