In order to solve multiple path toll distribution problem based on weight toll, actual OD travel time of each mode vehicle between each OD pairs is calculated by using the travel time of every vehicle on highway network. The minimum difference model between actual and estimated OD travel times is presented. Amodified genetic algorithm is presented to obtain the path flow of each mode. Finally, a simple network is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
