This study focuses on the question whether IT-assisted can improve music teaching quality. To answer this question, we design two questionnaires, for music teachers and students, respectively, and a music achievement test for students who accepted students' questionnaires. We use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the answers to the questionnaires and results of the music achievement test. The analysis indicates that IT-assisted music teaching can improve music teaching quality.
