This paper describes a digital watermarking technology - multi-bit digital watermarking. The digital watermarking technology can not only detect whether a watermark exists, but also can detect the embedded watermark content, which is more practical. A novel technique using the combinational spatial and frequency domains is presented in this paper. Experiments show that the space-frequency watermarking algorithm is better in transparency and robustness than the other methods.
