This paper shows that although Chinese new rural construction already has got notable achievement, in contrast with the rapid development of cities, dual economic structure in urban and rural has not changed. In this paper, we studied general situation of the coordination of financial industry in the new rural construction. By analyzing current situation of finance rules and regulations and financial supply and demand in Chinese new rural construction, we draw the conclusion that the development of financial industry in rural area is far behind than that of city and town area. Also this policy has led to the development of rural economy far behind than that of city and town. At last, we draw some suggestion to the construction of development to the rural finance reform.
