This paper, at first, sets up the basic frame of consumer behavior model about mobile payment based on TAM and the relevant studies. In this section the emphasis is put on the index selection and questionnaire survey. Then discusses the scale reliability and validity of the model using SPSS16.0 method, tests the research assumptions about the model using AMOS17.0 method, and makes sure the concrete configuration of the model. Finally expounds the findings and puts forward suggestions for application of the model.
