Motivated by the general lack of interaction between software engineering researchers and computational scientists/engineers, a the Second International Workshop onon Software Engineering for Computational Science and Engineering (SE-CSE09) was held during the 2009 International Conference on Software Engineering in Vancouver, Canada. This report is a summary of the workshop and a description of the outcomes.
