At the present stage of development of Kuzbass coal-mining industry the tasks of coal production increase and coal-mining safety increase are of top priority. Use of polymer materials is one of the directions of efficiency and safety increase of coal-mining works. The positive experience of polymer materials use at the coal-mines of Kuzbass proved the importance of polymer technologies in solution of the following problems: coal and rocks strengthening in the zones of disturbances during development and second workings; dampproofing of mine workings; quick packing of voids and domes during development and breakage headings with foaming polymer composition; isolation of workings surface and ventilation installations with polymer covering; cable anchoring of top covers of development workings, erecting and dismantling chambers with simultaneous rock strengthening with organo-mineral resins.
