Process of the Ce(IV) electrochemical generation from Ce(III) sulphuric solutions on anodes from carbon fibrous materials (CFM) depending on size of an anode current density, concentration of Ce(III) (0,005-0.02) and H2SO4 (0,5 - 1,0) in a solution, the electrolysis time and the CFM kind has been studied. The CFM use allows to intensify considerably process of the Ce(IV) generation, and consequently to destruct of toxic organic substances in the waste industrial solutions.
