This paper studies two-dimensional electron-hole plasmas using the direct quantum path integral Monte Carlo method. Results are presented for 2D electron-hole plasmas in the wide region of temperature, density and electron to hole mass ratio. The calculations include region of appearance and decay of the bound state (excitons and biexcitons), Mott transition from neutral e-h plasma to metallic-like clusters, formation from clusters the hexatic-like liquid and then formation of the crystal-like lattice and at very low temperatures transition of this 'lattice' to antiferromagnetic structure.
