The design of decentralized robust Hinfin output feedback controller for the large-scale interconnected systems with value bounded uncertainties in the state, control input and interconnected matrices is investigated. A new bounded real lemma for the large-scale interconnected systems is obtained by Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality method. Based on the new bounded real lemma a sufficient condition for the existence of a decentralized robust Hinfin output feedback controller is derived. This condition is expressed as the feasibility problem of matrix inequalities. The controller which enables the closed-loop large-scale system robust stable and satisfies the given Hinfin performance is obtained by a homotopy iterative method. At last a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the offered method.
