Integration of single-mode photonic crystal waveguides to monolithic MMW subsystems constructed using ceramic stereolithography

Photonic crystal clad dielectric waveguides are well suited to both the ceramic stereolithography process and for the requirements of an all-dielectric transmission line. This paper presents the integration of single-mode photonic crystal waveguides to monolithic millimeter wave subsystems constructed using ceramic stereolithography.
