The motivation of this paper is brief overview of the future and performed activities on "rural wings" project. Scientific objective of the project is creation of the Internet Communication System in the rural, mountain areas of the Georgia. Motivation of this paper is also to introduce projects destiny, its significant necessity in the nook areas of the country.
