Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) conduction phenomenon involves the interaction of electric fields and flow fields in a dielectric fluid medium via the process of dissociation and recombination of free charges. This paper numerically studies the effect of electrically driven fluid flow, based on conduction phenomenon to generate fluid circulations in a spherical reservoir in the absence of gravity. The electrodes are embedded on the reservoir surface such that the resultant electric body force causes the fluid in the upper hemisphere moves to the lower side and vice versa. The electric field and electric body force distributions and the resultant velocity field in different planes are presented.
