This paper formalizes the ideas presented in [1]. It is shown that, the power system dynamics can be modeled as dx/dt ¿ G(x) (which we call differential inclusion) where x is a 2-vector and G() is a point to set mapping. The concept of fuzzy trajectories is defined as the solution to the above equation. The structure of G(x) provides as with a simple characterization of the solution.
