The use of computer-aided engineering workstations in digital circuit design laboratory

The author first discusses the issue of acquiring a computer-aided engineering (CAE) workstation for educational uses and then describes a simple circuit design example using industrial CAE tools that are available to the students in a digital circuit design laboratory.
