Frequency shift and line broadening of SRS-active Ag(vl) vibronic modes in calcium, strontium and barium tungstates and molybdates are investigated in the 150-300 K temperature range, it was found that with the temperature increase the vibronic mode frequency is reduced in all crystals that can be attributed to the thermal expansion of the crystal lattice. The largest rate of the frequency drift with temperature is observed in BaWO4 crystal. The temperature broadening of SRS-active mode results in the reducing of the Raman gain coefficient. The highest temperature sensitivity of the Raman gain coefficient was found to be in the crystals with the narrowest linewidth of SRS-active vibronic modes.
