Multipoint moment matching reduction from port responses of dynamic thermal networks

A novel multipoint moment matching algorithm is proposed for generating compact models directly from the port responses of dynamic thermal networks, characterized by either the power impulse thermal response matrix, the thermal impedance matrix, or the thermal spectral distribution matrix.
