As the conception of ubiquitous computing and mobile services has become the focus, a highly flexible mechanism is needed to satisfy unlimited requirements from the users. This paper introduced an advanced infrastructure based on service oriented architecture (SOA). Under this structure, mobile devices can connect to other devices or devices on other platform.
