Electronic combination sensor for current and voltage has advantage at frequency response width, performance steady, high reliability, small size, light weight, and easy connect for net of power system. It has application in the measure and protect of power system. The important technology development of the sensor is the design of electronic circuit. In this paper, a new plan of the electronic circuit sensor is put forward, and is integrated with the current and voltage detect, over current protect. The circuit include with over voltage protect, signal processing, isolation amplifier circuit, integral phase-shifting etc module.
