In the present work numerical calculation of key parameters is made, and efficiency robots four-beam trystron and klysrod with two-shameful resonators is analysed at amplification of a unifrequent signal in an operating mode A and B. Modelling was carried out with the help of the program on the basis of the wave theory which is based on finding of the self-coordinated numerical decision of the nonlinear equations of movement of electrons in a stream, and the equations of excitation of resonators
