On the basis of analyzing the structure and the exciting feature, this paper establishes the nonlinearized model of the 8/6 poles motor and then simulation experiment about SRM are designed with MATLAB6.1 as the simulation tool. The result of simulation experiment manifest that this model can accurately embody the performance of all various operation of SRM and can provide enough analysis material for SRM research.
