Construction of a new family of two-dimensional quasi orthogonal complete complementary codes (2D-QOCCC) is presented The new 2D-QOCCC retain most of the properties of the 2D-OCCC except the ideal sum of correlation values within the zero horizontal shift. The benefit is a several times larger number of signatures for a given number of elements, thus the enlargement of a maximum number of communicating parties for a fixed number of channels.
