Floor control is the technology of coordinating and controlling the shared resources concurrently used in the interactive and co-operative environments, and it is an important coordinative controlling mechanism. Based on the discussions of floor control and its control policies, a fuzzy floor control policy is presented. It integrates the good features of policies, and can be adjusted according to the requirements of users and the instances of the system, through modifying the weights of policies. It makes the floor control in the system more fair, interactive and flexible, and also makes the system more general.
