This paper describes the design and implementation of a handy terminal for the telehealth care support system. The telehealth care life support modeling is proposed. The system is able to set up automatically the communication channel among the client, nursing staff and clinician. To construct the telehealth care life support modeling, the analysis of task and information for health care is discussed. The structure of the proposed telehealth care life support model is based on the feedback control system. The clinician and nursing staff play the role as a controller and the client as a controlled object in the model. The role of information technology plays in supporting the model is discussed. The design and implementation of collaboration among the client, clinician and comedical including the family and establishment of communication channels are explained using an actual example based on the proposed telehealth care life support model. The software is designed to work on cellular phone.
