In a fuzzy control system, fuzzification and defuzzification are two important procedures. In this paper, two defuzzification methods respecting the fuzzification processes are introduced and investigated. We describe them as cutting-defuzzification and producting-defuzzification. These methods are compared with typical defuzzification procedures, MOM and COG, and the results show that the defuzzification methods given in this paper are more effective and accurate
