Penetration of electromagnetic waves through dielectric layer with non-homogeneous parameters

The asymptotic solution of the problem of plane electromagnetic wave penetration through a dielectric layer of finite thickness with an arbitrary relatively small variation of the complex permittivity along the direction of electromagnetic wave propagation is presented.
