The integration of efficient power control and powerful turbo coding, is adopted to ensure the reliable communication of Ka-band LEO satellite CDMA systems. The effects of imperfect power control on the BER performance of the turbo coding are analyzed and the upper bounds are derived for the cases of slow and fast imperfect power control (compared to the interleaver size of the turbo code)
