Upper matrix bounds for the discrete algebraic Riccati matrix equation

We propose upper matrix bounds for the discrete algebraic Riccati matrix equation. We show that our results are less restrictive than the previous bounds. Finally, we give numerical examples in order to verify the effectiveness of our results.
