The subcarrier multiplexing of three 156 Mbit/s binary phase-shift keyed signals is demonstrated at the 60 GHz millimetre-wave via the two-mode injection-locking and direct modulation of a Fabry-Perot laser. The influence of the third-order distortion caused by the multi-tone modulation of the laser is also investigated
