The authors report on attempts to apply Gaussian quadrature formulas to the analysis of large reflector antennas. It was found that the nodes and weights listed in Table II of the above-mentioned communication (see ibid., vol.36, p.1018, 1988) are inaccurate. Other methods of computation are suggested.<>
