The authors describe a 120 Gbit/s (4×30 Gbit/s) OTDM system in which the transmitter and the receiver are based on electroabsorption modulators operating at 30 GHz. Error-free operation with an average 120 Gbit/s sensitivity of -22.6 dBm is achieved
