On the basis of analysis with the characteristics of pushing system of air-impact molding line, a new fuzzy control strategy based on the genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing algorithm (SA) was presented. Based on a real run, a judger was used for online learning and testing of fuzzy control rules to determine which to enter into the inference engine, the fuzzy logic controller has been tested in the real plant and results obtained were shown
