Closed-loop tracking control using fluorescent signal power on a bi-cell detector has been demonstrated on 2-photon recorded data tracks. A similar focus control technique also appears promising. This is the first demonstration, to the authors' knowledge, of an operational tracking servo in 2-photon recorded media.
