This paper analyzes a super high speed communication system, consisting of multidimensional white noise transmission through novel multidimensional optimal GAMMA media and reversible (unlimited and limited) receiver. It is shown that, in order to achieve variable limit speed, a chemical transmission theory is needed to unify various concepts of chaotic, propagation, optimal and differential equations based media synthesis. It is further shown that data synthesis techniques are applicable to media synthesis and vice versa in variable limit communication feasibility
