An optimal per-switch quality-of-service allocation scheme is proposed which maximises the network utilisation and provides an end-to-end delay guarantee for networks with a bounded-delay service. Empirical results indicate that: using the proposed scheme, the end-to-end delay requirement is satisfied and the network resources are efficiently utilised
