Performance evaluation of TFO-Q/sup 2/PSK in Gaussian, multipath and fading channels

This paper investigates the performance of a spectrally efficient modulation scheme in Gaussian, multipath and fading channels. These results are compared with the theoretical values obtained for Q/sup 2/PSK. It is concluded that some of the pulse shapes used deliver excellent performance compared to methods previously proposed.
