This paper discusses the use of template matching as a tool for recognition of multiple partial discharge (PD) patterns. Classical and phase-only matched correlation filters successfully recognised up to four PD patterns in one PD record. The results indicate a good potential of correlation filters for multiple PD pattern recognition
