The diffraction efficiency for the variation of geometric parameters is calculated in the disk type holographic memory that uses beams which can be modeled by truncated spherical waves. We can obtain the minimum distance needed between the two recording positions to avoid crosstalk. The optimum distance and angle between the signal and reference beams could be calculated in the view point of the diffraction efficiency. These results might be applied to the case of hologram recorded by fiber tips. More detailed simulation results for various cases will be discussed at the presentation.
