Implementation of integrated wiring system (IWS) architectures is advantageous due to weight savings, ease of automated manufacturing and centralization of component location. An IWS harness comprises layers of conductors separated by foils. Within a layer the position of each set of multiple conductors with respect to the other sets is unchanged over the harness length. Immunity from crosstalk is achieved by organization of the respective set locations. An overbraid supplies additional mitigation with respect to the external environment. This paper reports on determination of parameter values based on measured data for established models in the characterization of the crosstalk performance and of IWS harnesses. The model parameter values are validated by successful prediction of harness response
