In this paper, we will consider a number of applications of evolutionary computations (ECs) developed at LG Electronics during the last several years. We first briefly review the basic procedure of ECs and then categorize the applications into two groups, according to the ways that ECs are used. Finally, we will discuss the details of how to get the benefits from ECs through a couple of representative examples.
