In this work, the issue of load sharing between parallel-connected three-phase PWM boost rectifiers is analyzed. In order to achieve independence between the rectifiers to facilitate standardized module design, the droop method is adopted. Traditionally, the method involves a trade-off between voltage regulation and load sharing. After parametric analysis, a novel droop method is proposed to avoid those limitations by using the gain scheduling technique. The analysis shows that the proposed method can achieve both good voltage regulation and good load sharing. The source output impedance of the proposed method is also proven to be better than that of the commonly used master/slave method
