We developed an electromagnetic field simulator based on Finite Difference Time Domain method (FDTD) to investigate a superconducting microstrip resonator. We simulated the temperature dependence of the resonant frequency in order to confirm the availability of the FDTD simulator against superconducting filters. Moreover, we simulated the high power behavior of the superconducting microstrip resonator.
