This paper investigates the source localization in multipath propagation scenarios by jointly utilizing the merits of higher-order statistics and cyclostationarity of most communication signals to enhance the performance of directions-of-arrival (DOA) estimation and to more effectively reject interference and noise. A new higher-order cyclostationarity based approach is proposed for the narrow-band coherent signals impinging on a uniform linear array. In the proposed method, by incorporating the subarray scheme with a linear prediction technique, the computational cost is reduced and the resolution capability is improved, and the difficulty of choice of the optimal lag is alleviated
