The local user accesses a Web page with a local PC running MS-Windows with the following software installed: Netscape Navigator 4.5 and CosmoPlayer 2.1. The minimum bandwidth requirements are 10 KBytes/second. For optimum conditions a bandwidth of 15 Kbytes/second is preferred. The PC has the following minimum technical characteristics: Pentium II; 96 MB of RAM; 3D Graphic Board with 8MB of on-board RAM.
