Develops a fast program to simulate the transfer of polarized light in the atmosphere-ocean and atmosphere-underlying surface systems. The program language is C++. It runs under Windows NT and Windows 95. This program is a convenient tool to study various problems in geophysics concerning the radiative transfer and polarization of light. All 16 elements of Green's matrix satisfying the vector radiative transfer equations are computed, thus providing a possibility to study polarization of light in scattering media originated by a source with any polarization
