The third supplement to `A Bibliography for the Study of Subsynchronous Resonance (SSR) Between Rotating Machines and Power Systems' (see IEEE Trans. on Power Apparatus and Systems, vol.PAS-95, p.216-18, Jan.-Feb. 1976). Included are the published and the presented papers in the area of subsynchronous resonance during the time span from March 1984 to the end of February 1990.
